Osteopathy and Reflexology
Reflexology is a manual treatment to the feet, and occasionally the hands. It is designed to be relaxing as your practitioner moves and massages the feet and lower leg.
In reflexology, it is believed that the whole body has a reflex area found on the feet and hands that can be stimulated by manual treatment. It has developed from the practice of traditional chinese medicine (TCM) from acupunture and acupressure, but don't worry as there are no needles.
When reflexology is added to osteopathy, what you get is the joints, tendons, and soft tissues of the feet worked on (osteo), then the more relaxing practice to balance and thoroughly cover the whole foot (reflexology).

Who can have reflexology treatment?
This service is only offered to exsiting patients. This is becasuse the osteopathy requires a full case history to be taken to get to a diagnosis. There would not be enough time in a standard session to complete this and have treatment.
